At Aurorae shop, we are fully committed to satisfying our customers and offering the best solution for any issue.

Please carefully review our Return & Refund Policy below before sending the item back.

Return

Our policy lasts 30 days since the item is signed up by the buyer. In the 30-day guarantee period, It is available to make return or exchange if you are unsatisfied with the items you bought or the items are broken. If 30 days have gone by since you receive the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached. Then each order will be agreed on the return in 30-day guarantee period. To complete your return, we would require you to post a receipt or proof of purchase with the package and process the item return in 30 days effective time.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Products that have been assembled or installed
  • Products without original packaging or not in their original condition
  • Products or packages damaged without any proof from local logistics
  • Products customized as order
  • Products were not purchased in our store


Refund

We will make full refund through Paypal or the original way to the credits after receiving complete return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed on our side, and you will get our refund manually within 1-3 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any malicious or wrong orders owing to clients' action or faults
  • Any items in special discount or customized as requested
  • Any item in proper shipping time

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@auroraeshop.com.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@auroraeshop.com and send your item to our address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our specific address via a proper shipping way example Post Service in 30-day guarantee period and contact us info@auroraeshop.com for getting warehouse address details in 1-2 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item including any international orders. Shipping label is unavailable from Aurorae shop. In addition, the declaration value of products must be less than 80USD when you mail them through a proper shipping way from your side, because we will not bear any possible tax fee and any possible tax fee will be deducted from the order amount.

After you ship the item back, please inform us an effective Track number in time in order for tracking.

If you are shipping an item over $75 on order amount, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
