Design & Craftsmanship

This chandelier takes the crystal ring concept and adds a variable: crystal orientation. The Slant Crystal version angles each polygonal crystal element outward from the ring at a consistent tilt — the crystals lean away from the center, creating a crown-like silhouette where the sparkle radiates outward and upward. The Upright Crystal version holds each element vertically — the crystals stand perpendicular to the ring, creating a fortress-like perimeter of crystalline columns that direct sparkle predominantly downward and sideways. Same ring, same crystals, fundamentally different light behavior.

The built-in LED strip runs along the ring's inner circumference, illuminating the crystal elements from behind. Unlike bulb-based fixtures where individual light points create hot spots, the continuous LED strip produces an even, unbroken wash of light across every crystal surface simultaneously. The crystals catch this continuous light and refract it through their polygonal facets — the Slant version projects rainbow fragments outward onto walls; the Upright version projects them downward onto the table below. At 15.7 inches, the ring is a compact crystal accent for a bedroom. At 31.5 inches, it fills a dining room ceiling with a full-diameter crystal circle.
