Shipping and Delivery Policies and Services

1. Standard Shipping to the U.S.

So far, we are always offering free shipping for every U.S. order. We process orders 6 days a week and know that you would like to receive the order quickly. After payment is approved and the shipment leaves our warehouse, your shipping confirmation email will contain a shipping tracking number you can use to follow your order until it arrives at your door.

Estimated shipping and delivery times will vary based on your location. Deliveries in the US can take up to 7 business days via FedEx or through booking a car in terms of furniture sets. Owing to the fragile specificity of lighting collection, we will ship the order via DHL or USPS and the shipping time will be in 6-12 work days normally. Living sets will be in 3-12 work days, depending on the items of order.

Due to carrier restrictions, some items cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, FPO and APO addresses.


While most of our items have a relatively short shipping timeframe, there are those that need just a little more time to get to you. Below are some of the items that take longer to ship/deliver than average. 

  1) Out of Stock Items

While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.

  2) Custom Light Fixture

Custom light fixture can take up to 12 business days to ship. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information.

  3) Oversized Items

Oversized items (furniture sets, some of Lighting items) can take up to 12 business days to ship. Generally, you should receive your shipment within 3 weeks of your order date. The freight carrier will contact you to arrange the delivery once it is in your local area.

Standard shipping in the United States is done via major ground carriers, including DHL, FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS).

2. International Order & Shipping Information

For our free shipping plicy, it also applies to the international orders from European countries and Canada except the order amount less than $50. In addition, all items are not eligible for international shipping due to carrier and customs restrictions, unfortunately these countries and areas are not supported for shipping temporarily as below: Africa and South America.

As for international orders, all items except furniture sets on our website are available to ship and we will deliver the packages to DHL, UPS, FedEx and Post Service.Regarding to the specific shipping way, it will depand on the items' real condition.

Order processing time: 1-3 work days;
DHL/ FedEx/ UPS estimated shipping time: 2-6 work days;
Post Service shipping time: 6-12 work days.

Custom Light Fixture

Custom light fixture can take up to 15 business days to ship. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information.

We will inform you in time with our service email( in case that your address is looked as a remote area and your side need to pay relative remote fee according to the carrier information.

Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at AURORAE SHOP. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you through our service( as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
