Trade Program

Aurorae works to the trade with interior designers, architects, contractors, and hospitality buyers across the 33 countries we ship to. Our Trade Program provides preferential pricing, complete technical documentation, and dedicated project support across our collection of UL Listed chandeliers and pendant lights.

Approval takes 1–2 business days and there is no minimum order to open an account. Trade pricing applies to our direct-from-factory retail prices. Orders to our DDP destinations ship with duties and import charges already settled — see our Shipping Policy for the full list.

Every approved professional starts at the same rate. Your tier is determined by cumulative purchase volume, not by job title.

Automatic upgrade once your account reaches $10,000 in cumulative purchases.

Tiers move in one direction only. Once you reach Trade Professional pricing you keep it — there is no annual spend requirement and we never reduce an account's rate. Purchases count cumulatively across the life of your account. Your tier updates automatically as soon as your account reaches the threshold, and we email you to confirm.

How trade orders work. Project order terms apply to any order that contains six or more of the same fixture — including orders placed at our published retail prices — and to any order priced by written quotation, trade account pricing, or negotiation. You can cancel in full at no charge at any time before your order goes into production or is allocated from stock — just email us.

After that point the order is firm and not eligible for return or exchange. Anything that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect is replaced free of charge with all shipping covered — report it within 72 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging — and our 4-Year Warranty applies in full. Project & Specification Pricing

Orders above $5,000, custom configurations, and projects where Aurorae is specified as basis of design are quoted individually rather than run through a standard discount code.

Every Aurorae fixture is UL Listed under File E321074. Spec sheets, UL documentation, and dimensional drawings are available for your submittal package, and we quote through your electrical distributor where the project requires it. Full details are in the sections below.

Program Details

UL Listed, every fixture. Our full collection is UL Listed under File E321074. Listing documentation is available for permit sets and submittal packages on request.

Complete technical data. Dimensions, maximum drop length, lamp type and cap, color temperature, dimming compatibility, and mounting method are published on every product page, so your electrician can confirm outlet box and support requirements before installation. Spec sheets and installation guides are available on request.

One point of contact. You deal directly with us, not a call center. The same person handles your quotation, your specification questions, and your order after it ships.

Distributor coordination. If your project procures through an electrical distributor, we can quote through them and support your specification through the bid process.

  • Custom configurations — adjusted dimensions, lamp count, and layout on selected designs, including rectangular and linear arrangements for dining and conference applications.
  • Formal quotations — written quotations and proforma invoices formatted for procurement and accounts payable.
  • Submittal support — spec sheets, UL documentation, and dimensional drawings for your submittal package.
  • Availability confirmation — multi-unit quantities and lead times confirmed in writing before you specify, so you are not designing around stock that will not arrive.
  • Installation guidance — assembly and mounting guides prepared for your installing contractor where needed.

Orders ship DDP, so duties and import charges are settled before delivery and there is nothing for your client to pay on arrival.

Larger and multi-unit orders may move by freight rather than parcel. We confirm the delivery method and any receiving requirements — such as liftgate service or someone available to unload — with you before dispatch, so please tell us up front if the site has restricted access or no receiving staff.

Inspect before you sign. Check the packaging for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If anything is damaged, note it on the receipt before signing, photograph the carton and contents, and contact us right away. A signed clean receipt makes a freight claim significantly harder to recover. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

  • Your trade code is tied to your registered account and is not transferable. It is for use by you or your company on client projects, and may not be shared or published.
  • Trade pricing cannot be combined with other discount codes, automatic discounts, or promotional offers.
  • Trade pricing does not apply to items already reduced or on clearance, and does not apply to shipping, duties, taxes, or custom fabrication charges.
  • Discounts are not applied retroactively to orders already placed.
  • Accounts used for marketplace resale, dropshipping, or public code distribution will be closed.
  • Aurorae may adjust or withdraw program terms and account status at its discretion.

Which products does trade pricing apply to?
Our full collection of chandeliers and pendant lights, excluding items already reduced or on clearance. Trade pricing applies to product only, not to shipping, duties, taxes, or custom fabrication charges.

How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Your discount code arrives by email once approved.

How do I move up to Trade Professional pricing?
It happens automatically once your account reaches the cumulative purchase threshold shown in the pricing table above. We review accounts quarterly and email you when your tier changes. There is nothing to apply for, and your rate is never reduced afterward.

Can I combine my trade discount with other promotions?
No. Trade pricing does not stack with other discount codes or promotional offers, and is designed to give professional buyers the better rate year-round rather than only during a sale.

Can you provide spec sheets and UL documentation for a submittal?
Yes. Send us the fixture list and we will prepare spec sheets, UL Listing documentation, and dimensional information for your submittal package.

Can you quote through my electrical distributor?
Yes. We regularly quote through distributors and can support your specification through the bid process. Send us the distributor contact and the project details.

Do you offer samples?
Sample availability varies by product and by fixture size. Contact us with your project details and we will confirm what can be supplied, along with any applicable cost and freight.

Can you provide a W-9 for vendor onboarding?
Aurorae is operated by AURORAE HONGKONG LIMITED, a Hong Kong company, so Form W-9 does not apply. We can provide Form W-8BEN-E instead, which is the correct equivalent for a foreign entity. If you are purchasing for resale and hold a valid resale certificate, contact us before placing the order.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship internationally on DDP terms. Contact us with the delivery country and fixture list and we will confirm availability and freight.
