The shape of each pendant is a narrow, elongated cone — 15.7 inches tall and only 2.4 inches wide — more like an icicle or a stalactite than a traditional lampshade. But the real detail is inside the crystal. Each cone contains trapped air bubbles and a deliberately irregular frost pattern that mimics the interior of cracked glacial ice. When the integrated LED at the top of each pendant lights up, the glow travels downward through the crystal, catching each bubble and frost line, producing a complex internal illumination that is simultaneously warm (3000K) and visually cold (ice-like). The contradiction is what makes it interesting.

The brass finish at the top of each pendant and on the hardware adds a warm metallic accent that prevents the fixture from feeling too cold or clinical — the same way a brass-bound telescope feels warmer than a chrome one even when both are metal. The black canopy recedes against the ceiling, so from below you see only the cluster of glowing icicles emerging from shadow. At 17 pendants, the cluster is tight and focused — a dense column of crystalline light for a dining room or foyer. At 37 pendants dropping 137.8 inches, it becomes a cascading glacier for a two-story stairwell, each pendant catching the light from its neighbors, creating a collective glow that is greater than the sum of its 37 individual LEDs.

Dining Room (17 Pendants): The 17-pendant version at 98.4 inches requires a minimum 14 ft ceiling for dining use (fixture bottom must sit 60" from floor — 30" table + 30" clearance above table). With cables shortened, 12 ft may work.
