When lit, the brass cup reflects the warm glow downward and outward while the wood petals catch and absorb the light along their inner surfaces, revealing their grain patterns and warm tonal depth from below. The petals do not transmit light — they frame it, creating a series of small, warm pools of downlight, each one surrounded by a corona of illuminated wood grain.

At 7 lights the bouquet is compact — a tight cluster of wooden blooms for a bedroom or breakfast nook; at 37 lights and 47.2 inches diameter, the chandelier becomes a full ceiling garden, nearly four feet of overlapping flower forms covering a dining table or living room.
