Description

The Lenses Pendant Light doesn't shade light — it collects and redirects it. Where most fixtures wrap glass around a bulb to soften the output, each optical glass lens gathers ambient light from windows and wall reflections and refracts it alongside its own LED — so the effect shifts through the day, morning sun differing from afternoon light and from the LED alone at night. Choose 1, 3, 6 or 9 lenses in an erratic freeform arrangement — balanced but never symmetrical, like dappled sunlight.

At 9W per lens, the highest per-light-point wattage in our catalog, a single lens gives about 560 lumens (a 50W incandescent) and the 9-lens about 5,000 — enough to be a large room's primary light source, and fully dimmable through a built-in triac dimming driver on any standard wall dimmer. All lenses run 2700K extra-warm white — the candlelight end of our catalog. At 5.1–22.5 lbs, every size mounts to a standard junction box.

The freeform spacing is deliberately erratic — not a grid, not a circle, but an asymmetric formation where some areas below receive overlapping light from several lenses and others from just one. The result is layered illumination with organic variation. At 9W per lens each element is substantially brighter than the 2–3W LEDs used across most of our catalog: this is a fixture built to light large rooms with genuine optical power.

Where It Fits

Living room (6 or 9 lenses): the 9-lens at 81W total amply lights a large room, the freeform spacing giving organic variation across the seating area — no two spots receive identical illumination.

Dining room (3 or 6 lenses): the lenses direct layered light onto the table surface, and the 2700K extra-warm tone flatters food and faces.

Foyer or lobby (6 or 9 lenses): the freeform arrangement makes an immediate impression, the lenses catching entry light from doors and windows.
