The Celestial Glass Chandelier cradles mouth-blown white orbs in curved metal holders. Each is a slightly imperfect sphere, so light passes through each differently — some glow evenly, others brighten where the glass thins — warm white moons at various stages of fullness. Three mounting styles change everything: Hanging Cable holds each orb rigidly, clean and architectural, Hanging Cord lets them sway in air currents, softer and alive; Mixed spreads orbs across several canopies over as much as 118 inches of ceiling — a field of floating light. Sixteen configurations run 8 to 36 lights. Each G9 LED (3W, 3000K, CRI >90) is included, replaceable and dimmable.
Vertical drops reach 368 inches. Any configuration over 25 lbs needs reinforced support, and Mixed installations require junction box placement to be planned before drywall or ceiling finish.
No other fixture in the catalog offers this many options. G9 is one of the most common specialty bases, so replacements are easy to source — a significant advantage over integrated-LED chandeliers where one failed module means waiting on a custom part. At full brightness the orbs are clean white; dimmed to 20% they shift to a warm amber glow.
Where It Fits
Dining room (8 or 12 lights, Cable or Cord): cables must be shortened for dining. The 8-light Cable is 92.5" at full extension and 27" wide, suiting 4–6 person tables on 9–10 ft ceilings with cables shortened; the 12-light needs 12 ft+ even shortened. Hang 30–36 inches above the table.
Staircase or high ceiling (16–36 lights, Cable or Cord): vertical drops from 171" to 368" — choose Cable for architectural control, Cord for gentle organic movement.
Lobby or wide ceiling (Mixed, 28 or 36 lights): 7 or 9 individual canopies spread the orbs across 106–118 inches, a field of light rather than a single focal point. Budget 1–4 hours for installation.

A: Yes. The 36-light Hanging Cable is one of the longest residential chandeliers available, designed for three-story foyers, commercial atriums, and architectural stairwells with 30+ foot ceilings. The cables are adjustable, so it can be shortened for lower ceilings. If your ceiling is under 20 feet, the 16-light or 20-light Cable versions are better suited.
Q: The Mixed 36-light requires 9 separate canopy mounts — how complicated is that to install?
A: The 9 canopy mounts need to be positioned across the ceiling according to a layout plan (included with the fixture). Each mount requires its own junction box, so this must be planned during construction or renovation — not added to a finished ceiling without significant work. If you have an existing ceiling with only one junction box, the Cable or Cord styles are the appropriate choice. Discuss the Mixed layout with your electrician and contractor before ordering.

Ask your electrician to trim the cables during installation. The 8-light Cord version (96.5 inches full extension) works the same way. For 9-foot ceilings, the 8-light is the only viable option; 12-light and above require 12 ft+ ceilings even with shortened cables.
