Description

Each pendant on the Shiny LED Chandelier is a glass globe embraced by a polished chrome wave wrapping its equator like a ribbon frozen mid-motion — at once structural support and decoration. Every pendant therefore has two light behaviors: diffused warmth from inside the 5.9-inch glass, and crisp mirror-like reflection off the chrome. Seven configurations: Round at 6, 12, 15, 24 or 30 lights, Square at 13, Rectangle at 9. Each G9 LED (3W, 3000K) is included, replaceable and fully dimmable.

Chrome aluminum is light yet rigid, so this is remarkably lightweight for its scale — the 24-light is only 19.4 lbs, and every version except the 30-light mounts to a standard box (the 30-light, which drops 275 inches, is better on a reinforced one). The bulb is reached through the opening in the wave — a 15-second swap, no tools.

Design & Craftsmanship

Sparkles Twice

The glass provides the warm glow; the chrome provides the reflective sparkle. Dimmed to 20%, the wave stops actively reflecting and becomes a quiet metallic outline holding the globe in shadow. Chrome and glass reads as high-tech modern — best in contemporary lofts, renovated spaces and interiors with stainless steel and glass surfaces.

Where It Fits

Long table or island (9-light Rectangle): the 31.5" × 10" canopy distributes nine wave-wrapped globes in a line at 59" — 10 ft+ ceilings at full extension, 8 ft with cables shortened.

Round or square table (6, 12 or 13 lights): the 6-light (11.8" dia) suits a 4-person table, the 12-light (19.6") a 6–8 person table, and the 13-light Square brings the same scale in a symmetrical grid. At full length, plan on about 10 ft (6-light) or 15 ft (12- and 13-light), or shorten the cables.

Foyer (12 or 15 lights): chrome and glass make an immediate impression of modern sophistication at the door; at full length, allow about 17 ft (12-light) or 19 ft (15-light) so the lowest globe stays 7 feet above the floor.

Staircase (24 or 30 lights): the 24-light drops 236 inches, the 30-light 275 — the wave frames form continuous reflective links between globes as they descend; allow about 27 ft (24-light) or 30 ft (30-light) at full length so the lowest globe stays 7 feet above the stairs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the "infinity wave" exactly? A: Each glass globe is wrapped at its equator by a continuous chrome aluminum band that curves, loops, and returns to itself — forming a figure-eight or infinity-symbol shape around the globe. The band is structural (it helps secure the globe to the cable) and decorative (it catches and reflects light in a continuous metallic loop). From a distance, the wave gives each globe a visible chrome accent that standard glass-only pendants lack.
Q: The 6-light Round and 9-light Rectangle are both $686 — which is better value? A: The 9-light Rectangle delivers 3 more globes at the same price. However, the two serve different purposes: the 6-light Round is for centered placement over round tables and in small foyers; the 9-light Rectangle is for linear placement over long surfaces. Choose by room shape, not just light count.
Q: At only 27.6 lbs for 30 lights — why is it so light? A: The chrome aluminum wave frames are hollow and lightweight — they provide visual mass and reflectivity without the density of solid brass or stainless steel. The glass globes at 5.9 inches each are moderate-sized. Together, the material choices prioritize visual impact per pound. For comparison, our 30-light Crystal Raindrop Cascade weighs 51.8 lbs.
Q: Can I customize the cable length for a 15-foot stairwell? A: Yes. Add a note for your desired cable length at checkout, or contact us after ordering. Custom cable modifications are available at no additional charge.
Q: How does the chrome wave frame hold up over time? A: The chrome plating on the aluminum wave is durable and resistant to tarnishing under normal indoor conditions. Dust with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Chrome does not develop a patina like brass — it maintains its mirror-like finish indefinitely with basic care.
Q: Can I use smart dimming? A: Yes. Pair with any smart dimmer (Lutron Caseta, TP-Link Kasa) for voice control through Alexa, Google Home, or Apple HomeKit.
Q: Does this work with 220V in Europe or Australia? A: Yes. Supports 110–240V worldwide. G9 LED bulbs are universally available.
