Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid to the 33 countries we serve, so import duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing further is collected when your fixture arrives.

Tracking number emailed once your order ships. Fixtures are packed in reinforced boxes with custom protective inserts.

Test it before you commit. Unbox the fixture and briefly power it on to check the light and color temperature in your space. What makes an item non-returnable is permanent installation — wiring it into your ceiling.

Return in original packaging with all protective inserts. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. US customers return to a US address — no international shipping.

Damaged on arrival? Email photos to info@auroraeshop.com within 72 hours and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, covering shipping in both directions.

Prefer store credit? Choose 110% instead of a refund — 10% extra, valid 24 months.

4-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered component fails, we ship the replacement part free of charge.
