Description

Each pendant on the Sparkling Cylindrical Chandelier is a slender mirror-polished cylinder, open at both ends with a precision-cut hole in the middle. Those openings are optical instruments: light enters, bounces between the polished interior walls, and exits as focused prismatic beams. Not the scattered sparkle of glass but a controlled architectural display, each cylinder making its own beam. Choose Chrome, which mirrors the room, or Gold, which warms reflections to amber. Each 2W LED (3000K, CRI >90) is dimmable through a built-in triac driver.

Five layouts, 30 to 60 pendants, all 118 inches tall. Every version requires joist mounting, and the 60-pendant (89.5 lbs, one of the heaviest we make) requires a structural engineering assessment. Licensed electrician plus prepared structural support, two people minimum. An Aurorae exclusive.

Canopies Built for Room Geometry

The canopy layouts are not standard rounds or squares — they are elongated, asymmetric and varied, each designed for a specific room shape. The 30-pendant stretches 53.1 inches; the 42-pendant comes in two options, a 61-inch or a 71.5-inch linear arrangement; the 60-pendant uses a wider 37.8 × 32.7 inch footprint. Across all of them the cylinders descend 118 inches into the room, creating a dense vertical forest of polished tubes. Dimmed to 30%, the prismatic beams soften into gentle golden streaks and the metal shifts from mirror-bright to muted warmth.

Where It Fits

Grand dining table (30 or 42 pendants): the elongated layouts are purpose-built for 8–12 person tables — Chrome for modern dining, Gold for warm luxury. Plan on 15 ft for dining use.

Conference room (42 pendants, the 71.5-inch layout): covers a full conference table with an architectural aesthetic suited to corporate interiors.

Foyer or lobby (60 pendants): the widest footprint, for spaces with 17 ft+ where standing clearance matters.

A: Before ordering the 60-pendant, have your electrician or contractor assess your ceiling joists. A standard residential joist can support 50+ lbs when properly braced. For 89.5 lbs, a mounting plate spanning two joists (or a heavy-duty fan brace rated for 100+ lbs) is required. This assessment takes 15–20 minutes and should be completed before purchase.

Return in original packaging with all protective inserts. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. US customers return to a US address — no international shipping.

Damaged on arrival? Email photos to info@auroraeshop.com within 72 hours and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, covering shipping in both directions.
